How it works
1. The chef creates and submits the menu
In CalcMenu, the chef composes the daily or weekly menu from the recipe database. Allergens, nutrition values and prices are calculated automatically. They submit the menu for approval.
2. The manager approves in one click
The F&B manager or kitchen director receives a notification. They check the menu, adjust if needed, and approve. Approval automatically triggers publication to all configured channels.
3. All channels update simultaneously
Digital screens (lobby, cafeteria, rooms), Evolis printers (cards, badges, vouchers), paper PDFs (for printing or email): everything updates simultaneously with the same data. One single source of truth, zero de-synchronisation.
